Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders within the United States are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days after shipment.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

RETURNS

We want you to love your THIRD SHORE purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • In their original condition with all tags attached.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was received.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.
